I believe that informed clients make better decisions, which is why communication, preparation and education are at the center of everything I do.
I am particularly passionate about helping homeowners prepare, market and sell their homes for the strongest possible result. Whether working with first-time buyers, growing families, downsizers, relocation clients, luxury homeowners, investors or new construction buyers, I create strategies tailored to each client's goals and circumstances.
As a member of Brian Buffini's Peak Producers network, I collaborate with top real estate professionals across North America and stay current on market trends, industry changes and proven practices that benefit my clients.
Before entering real estate, I earned a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. Those studies gave me a deeper understanding of communication, problem-solving and human behavior - skills that continue to serve my clients well during negotiations and important decision-making moments.
Beyond real estate, I am a proud mother of 4 children and "Gramz" to 6! We raised our family in the Chelmsford area for more than 30 years and continue to serve Northeastern and Central Massachusetts and up into Southern New Hampshire. With our family grown, we have found life on the waterfront! Giving back to our community has always been important to my family, and we have supported organizations including the Chelmsford Food Pantry, Merrimack Valley Food Bank, Lowell Humane Society, Lowell Transitional Living Center, The Wish Project, Catholic Charities YPP, Muscular Dystrophy Association, and the Boys & Girls Club.
What I enjoy most about real estate is building relationships and helping people begin their next chapter. There is nothing quite like handing over the keys to a new home or helping a seller successfully move on to what comes next.
