I am going to be brief and share with you highlights of my life and Career. in few words.
The First chapter of my life:
I was born In Tehran/Iran and that is where I finished my high school.
The 2nd Chapter of my life:
I moved to London for further education, right after high school and I attended Middlesex University where I obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Postgraduate in Fuel Technology.
The Third Chapter of my life:
The love for America was irresistible. Right after, graduation from Middlesex University in London, I moved to San Francisco, Bay area 36 years ago and I have been a native since and I started a new life all over again from scratch. The typical life of a new immigrant, I started my business career in food business, specializing in Italian food. I was operating 3 Restaurants, in Vallejo, Davis and Granite Bay in Sacramento with 50 employees.
In the year 2000, I sold the restaurants and obtained my real estate license and I have been practicing Real Estate and originating mortgages for the last 23 years.
As I have been practicing Real Estate, the quest for knowledge has led me to write a study course, called The Proven Strategies, teaching Technical Analysis in money making opportunities in the stock market.
My passion has always been in Real Estate, and I have helped 100's of clients in 23 years of my Real Estate career to obtain a lower interest rate, purchasing a home or an investment property and representing my clints to sell their homes.
As a loan officer, I work with many wholesale lenders across USA and I have creative loan solutions for every financial scenario.
