I’m a Puget Sound real estate broker with two master’s degrees (Engineering and an MBA) and a real estate family background from Turkey. I guide clients through high-stakes decisions with a structured, customized game plan that reduces surprises and keeps you informed and in control.

Sellers get prep scope, home pricing strategy, positioning, launch timing, and an offer plan tailored to current market conditions. Buyers get clean offer strategy, smart contingencies, and strong communication through closing. When it makes sense, I also pursue off-market opportunities in Washington through targeted outreach, with no promises, just a real effort. I can also evaluate discreet off-market routes for sellers, including as-is cash offers, with clear tradeoffs.
