Alice brings more than 35 years of experience to Arbor Real Estate. Approachable and enthusiastic with standout negotiation skills, Alice also is well known for her dedication, drive, and diligence. She has extensive knowledge of home construction, including architectural design, permit processing, building materials, and interior design. This experience enables her to provide her clients with unique and valuable support in all areas of buying and selling homes. Working at Arbor Real Estate Balboa Island office, Alice is fully committed to her career, and when time permits, she enjoys seeing her clients on her Island walks, who, through the years, have become friends. Alice and her husband have lived on Balboa Island for 45 years and embrace the Balboa Island lifestyle — she has volunteered to be a docent on Balboa Island Christmas Home Tour since its inception. She and her husband also enjoy traveling, enjoying the bay, Island walks and spending time with family and friends.
