Alice is WONDERFUL! My experience with Crye-Leike has been as smooth as a home sell could be, all because of my phenomenal real estate agent Alice. This is my second home sale using her, and I wouldn't want it any other way. She anticipates worries or concerns, and addresses them just before you get ready to call her. She touches base often, gives more of her time than most, and covers bases that make you more than grateful to have her leading the way. I will always recommend Alice Ewald at Crye-Leike.

Alice was amazing! We had to buy while living out of state, but Alice arranged video tours, she talked us through what she was seeing in each house. She even helped us find a quality mortgage lender. I honestly don't think we would have gotten our house without Alice's help. I cannot recommend Alice enough, she is a wonderful person and a quality agent.

A few words to the wise on some of the many benefits of working with Alice Ewald.

Having a strong background in mortgage lending I happen to be keenly aware of the need in having a full time, honest to goodness, real real estate agent when it comes to either buying or selling a home.

Unfortunately, many realtors are nothing more than part timers, or sales personalities with a license rather than the actual well rounded, seasoned professionals they advertise themselves to be.

Building codes, zoning restrictions, structural problems, liens, encroachments, financing issues, price negotiations… In reality, to reach this higher level of real estate expertise, it takes years of dedication in the learning of myriad types of circumstances and situations that can and do come up -out of the blue- from left field… Alice never leaves the field.

Moving from Chicago to Tennessee without a personal referral on a realtor for us to rely on, we could only go off of our “gut” when we first started working with Alice.

From showing us a listing that best matched our desires to the then speedy and smooth closing of it, our new home, Alice continued to prove herself to be a true real estate professional, and a pleasure to work with.

My husband and I have zero hesitation in highly recommending that you too make your move (in or out) with Alice.

My family and I recently relocated, which was overwhelming to say the least. The market was not in our favor as a buyer, we were apprehensive about neighborhoods, proximity to work, and schools...worst of all we had a tight timeline with work and school starting.
We are so incredibly thankful for Alice. She went above and beyond for us.
Alice showed us countless houses, often times very last minute, returned every phone call and text, and she was timely and patient with us. Alice worked so hard to meet all of our needs. She stayed positive and kept our sale moving forward while we were between houses. We had so many obstacles but we had Alice on our side. In the end, Alice was able to work miracles and we closed on a great house, in a great neighborhood, and all within our impossible time line. Alice is so dedicated to her clients and she truly cares about people, we felt that difference.
