I have orchestrated successful closings of over $1 million dollars worth of real estate, including over $300,000 in REOs. With my exceptional customer service, my clients help to keep my business strong through referrals. I am a Short Sale Specialist with experience in closing with over 5 different lenders. I have also proven myself to be an expert of property valuations by performing hundreds of BPOs for a dozen different agencies. The expert knowledge I bring to the table can be attributed to my hard work, resiliency and willingness to learn. I continue to build my real estate business by consistently attending training to enhance my knowledge. In 2008 I attended the Craig Proctor Training Seminar using techniques that increased my sales by 40% in 2009 and continues to grow to date.
