She is very good. She put an offer in on our house while on vacation. She never takes time off and all the silly questions you can ask she answered them with out making you feel dumb. My wife and I never bought a house and she helped us so good through the whole preocess. Would recommend to everyone

Alice is an expert in her market. I purchased a prperty in her market to turn around and sell. She gave me good market comps and advice. Listed property at her recomendation and it sold. We were relocating to the area for a new job and we’re anxious about buying a house in the crazy market. Alice took the time to walk us through every step of the process and negotiated relentlessly on our behalf.

As if buying a house wasn’t complicated enough on its own, we also had to deal with my wife and I living in two separate areas, arranging powers of attorney, an out-of-state bank, and unexpected personnel changes at our mortgage company. Thanks to Alice (as well as Matthew at Trinity home inspections), we were able to close and move our family to our beautiful home in the Chesapeake Bay area.

It just goes to show you, even if everything that can go wrong does, with the right agent you can still make it happen.
