Representing Central Coast homeowners and future homeowners, Alicia is committed to listening to her client's needs and utilizing her keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction.

Born and raised in California, Alicia understands the intangible benefits of life on the coast, with its unmatched weather, culture and diversity. Alicia graduated from University of New Mexico's reputable Anderson School of Management with her BA in accounting, and subsequently worked as an accountant for a prominent advertising firm in Albuquerque. Several years later she joined University of New Mexico Department of Orthopaedics where she assisted physicians, residents and fellows and worked as a medical unit billing coordinator all while raising her two children.

In 2014, Alicia and her family returned to California. Passionate about the water, the move to Cayucos was a natural fit. Alicia was quick to obtain her Manufactured Home Salesperson license and has been selling new and preowned manufactured homes for nearly 10 years and Central Coast real estate for over 5 years.

Alicia can perform multiple tasks simultaneously and will work tirelessly on your behalf. She is communicative, thorough and detail-oriented - she'll be alongside you every step of the way.
