Alicia Holmes is the best real-estate agent I have worked with in my 16 years of moving as a military family. Alicia became our agent while we were still stationed in Korea. She had no issues scheduling phone conferences with us despite the extreme time difference between Korea and the US. She listened attentively to our needs and all the input we gave her was reflected excellently in the listings she provided us. Alicia is very knowledgeable about the greater Kansas City Area and was able to give use detailed information about each district and neighborhood as we toured properties. Alicia also has an extensive network of businesses associates related to all things real-estate. We were interested in doing renovations on a property. Alicia set up a meeting with a contractor who was very knowledgeable and had an extensive body of work. Alicia also set us up with a local lender who was very thorough and diligent in processing all actions in a timely manner. She provided us with contacts for inspectors who all performed their job exceptionally well and on time. With Alicia’s help, we put an offer on a condo in the River Market district of KCMO. Alicia was awesome in guiding us through the contract process and explaining all the legal details in a plain and easy to understand manner. She kept constant communication with my lender and the seller to ensure we stayed on track to close on time. Unfortunately, the sale fell through due to no fault of our own or Alicia’s. We could not extend the closing date due to our temporary living situation as military family moving to a new duty station. Alicia helped us find an excellent rental property that met all our needs and assisted us with our transition to the property. Alicia also advised us on steps to take to receive our earnest money back from the sellers. Her help was instrumental in the return of our earnest money. We are extremely satisfied with Alicia’s service and would absolutely use her services again without hesitation. I strongly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or rent in the Kansas City area.

Alicia was very helpful with helping me sell my son's house. She is very detailed and made sure as a client that I understood the paperwork regarding listing the house. She would always answer the phone when I called or return my calls promptly. She was willing to coordinate the servicemen to make the needed repairs before the sale, as I live in Georgia several states away. Although I eventually was able to find places for my son's furniture, she was willing to help me with selling the furniture when I was concerned about how I was going to get it out of the house before closing. I have sold several houses in my lifetime, and overall she was one of the best realtors that I have worked with.

Alicia stayed on top of everything. By her recommendations we got the house that we really wanted. I call her the house whisper, since what she says will probably, does happen. Plus, she has endless contacts for about anything you need and I have found that not only are the contractors I need completely nice to work with but extremely reasonable in price. She is prompt to return phone calls and really listens to what you are looking for in a house, I do not like to waste my time.
