I’m Alicia Mayes, a dedicated Realtor® licensed in North and South Carolina, specializing in residential real estate, strategic pricing, and resort or second-home properties.

Since starting my real estate journey in 2006 in Valhalla, New York—where I was named Westchester/Putnam County Rookie of the Year—I’ve been passionate about providing exceptional service to my clients. In 2012, I relocated to the South Charlotte area and continued my commitment to growth by completing the Superior School of Real Estate’s NC Broker course, even though it wasn’t required.

As a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), Strategic Pricing Specialist (SPS), and Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), I work with a wide range of clients—from first-time home buyers (who often compliment my patience!) to seasoned sellers and investors.
