I was a first time home buyer, so naturally I had crazy amount of questions during the process of buying a house and Alicia was there every step of the way to help and answer any questions I had! When the previous family moved out, they left the house an absolute mess and she was nice enough to get me a gift card after the signing to help me get cleaning supplies to clean up the mess at the house, which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend going through Alicia especially if you're a first time home buyer, she was great to work with, patient and informative!
