Alisa Bates

Alisa Bates brings decades of experience to her work as a California-licensed real estate broker. Her overall business philosophy is elegantly simple: Treat people how you would like to be treated. Work hard, be honest, appreciate everything and everyone, and show kindness. That is how Alisa was raised. Though she was an infant when her family moved from Arkansas to California and has lived in Orange County since, her upbringing was certainly infused with the values of Southern hospitality.
Starting as a receptionist at an escrow office, Alisa worked her way up to become an escrow officer in the firm and also hold a notary license. Eventually, she co-founded and co-owned a notary/loan-signing company, which she ran for years before becoming a real estate broker and Realtor the best professional move she has ever made.
A deep understanding of the mechanics of real estate enables Alisa to ensure her clients’ best interests are served in every aspect of the transaction. She appreciates the value of owning a home and its importance not only to first-time homebuyers but to experienced homeowners as well. Alisa’s warm and caring attitude paired with her drive to exceed client expectations earns testimonials that praise her as gracious, responsive, and willing to make the extra effort to make the most of any purchase or sale.
On her own time, Alisa and her husband get a kick out of driving their 1971 Volkswagen Bus to the beach to collect heart-shaped rocks. And when she can, she would like to resume volunteering at the Children’s Hospital of Orange County’s neonatal intensive care unit (CHOC NICU).
