I have been renting from Alisa for almost 9 years, and I currently still live on her property. She is an excellent property owner who is always responsive and ensures that repairs and updates are handled promptly. Whenever I’ve reached out via phone or text, she’s quick to reply.

One of the standout aspects of renting from her is that all her properties are pet-friendly, which is a rare and wonderful quality in a property owner. As someone who works at a humane society and has always owned a dog, I know how difficult it can be to find rentals that welcome pets. She shares my passion for animal rescue and pet adoption and recognizes that pets are part of the family.

Before we met Alisa Livesley we spent 3 weeks looking for a house in the hot 2022 San Diego county market. We were buying at the peak of the 2022 market. Alisa was referred to us by a satisfied client. We met with Alisa and she has a wonderful friendly personality. Our first meeting was at a house I had previously identified, it met our needs on paper. Once at the house Alisia showed us the property. Since this was our first meeting Alisa made us very comfortable, it was like talking to a good friend. We walked the property discussed our home needs. She quickly pointed the house need too much work and the neighborhood would not work. I appreciated the honest and straight talk. The next house we viewed was at the top end of our range. We walked the property, it was 150K more than we could afford. A wonderful house with a fenced 1 acre yard. Good condition but needed a refresh. Alisia encouraged to bid only what we could afford, 150K below ask. We got the house. Alisa could have pushed us to bid higher for a bigger commission, but she has integrity and is a genuine person. At every step of the way Alisa helped us with the inspections. Got the homeowner to complete minor repairs. Introduced us to the mortgage broker. Finally once we closed on the house helped us find a contractor to make upgrades to the house. All of this was done at a very competitive price. Alisa is very knowledgeable and helpful and has helped us in so many different ways. My wife and I now count Alisa as a friend. Without reservation I would endorse Alisa.

I could never express my true gratitude to Alisa. She came in to our situation at a time where we were very frustrated with our home. It needed a lot of work, it could potentially sell for a lot of money, but we were overwhelmed with the thought of renovations before selling. We had never sold a home before. We bought our home in 2005 and had lived there ever since. So this was our first experience in the market in a long time. I had met Alisa at a wedding. We were seated at the same table. I was immediately drawn to her and her husband’s kindness, and her passion for her work. I told myself that day that if I were to ever sell my house, I wanted to work with someone exactly like that.

When it came time for us to find a realtor in August 2021, I reached out to Alisa via Instagram. She responded to my messages almost immediately, and continued to respond to my messages immediately throughout my entire process. Her response time, consideration of my questions, and informed responses absolutely set her apart. I learned so much through the process just by asking her questions, and I appreciated
her willingness to answer each and every one.

During the renovations, which were many, Alisa brought in the absolute best contractors to do the work. They were kind, trustworthy, humble and did incredible work. When I buy my new home, I have every intention of using the same contractors. They were incredible. Alisa also ran my job site flawlessly. From communicating immediately when issues were found, to keeping track of our spending, to scheduling things in perfect order, she was just a rockstar. I could have never done those renovations without her. We had moved out of the house before the renovations started, which was our choice, but Alisa did say that that would speed up the entire process. And that it did.

In the end, Alisa staged our house beautifully, listed it with a very thoughtful and descriptive explanation, and held a very successful open house. We accepted an offer well over asking price, but that was not the only factor in our decision making. Alisa really encouraged us to choose the right buyer. Not necessarily the buyer that came with the highest offer. Because the highest offer isn’t necessarily the best buyer. She gave us a lot of things to consider and in the end we walked away from the sale of our home extremely happy clients.

I am so grateful to Alisa, even still today. She is a true professional, who is guided by genuine passion to help people find the home that is best for them. I have so much trust in Alisa, that I will be using her as my realtor to find my next house. There is no one I would rather work with. Thank you Alisa for everything you did to make the sale of our home as seamless and successful as it was. You are amazing.
