Alisha, listed a renovation/ flip property and helped my partner and I secure a cash buyer. She also helped identify comps, choose finishes that matched the neighborhood, and consulted on aspects (like bed/bath count) to help us maximize profits. She definitely is more experienced and more-well rounded than most realtors. Our first buyer decided to walk away from the deal and Alisha got us back under contract within 24hours. She's knowledgeable, poised, and a monster negotiator. I won't work with any other realtor.

I don’t know where to start because I have never met a person who was so professional and knowledgeable in real estate. Mrs Richardson fought for us day one since we became her clients. If you want someone who’s going to speak on your behalf where if you’re buying or selling this is the realtor you need to go with. Without going into details she will not let the builders take advantage of her clients. Every time we had a meeting with our builder she was right there expressing our concerns on our behalf. If we had to do it again she would be our number one choice to represent us.

My family and I spent a long 16 months together waiting on our new build- during this unusual wait time, Alisha was very approachable, available, trustworthy, patient, dedicated, extremely knowledgeable and professional at all times. Alisha always made it clear, she was for what the client wants, no rush, and very attentive. She made it clear upfront if you ever felt , she’s not a great fit for you, that the contract could be voided. This young lady works hard and fight for her clients. She’s with you from start to finish. She doesn’t miss any appointments. She’s there for contract signing, inspections, design center, orientation, closing. She very resourceful, Alisha is everything- if anyone want a character reference, we’re absolutely here. This is just a small reference to how Alisha has helped us throughout our new home journey. Where do I start? Cause there just aren’t enough great things to say about Alisha. She was absolutely AMAZING throughout the whole process. She was so attentive the entire time, and although I know she has other clients not once did I feel like she wasn’t available to me. To be honest, I felt like her only client and top priority. Alisha is THOROUGH. Crosses the I’s and dots the T’s. Our first meeting was a PowerPoint presentation/orientation, and let me tell you I was impressed! She explained EVERY detail and had no problem circling back on things I didn’t quite understand. She ensured I was fully comfortable with every decision made. I trust her fully as she helped make my cross-country move just that much easier. From beginning to end and even now afterwards she is still so helpful and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. The team she works with is so diligent and everyone does their part at seeing you through to the end.

If you are looking to purchase a home, Alisha is definitely the agent for you! I have followed Alisha for quite sometime on social media. I am very cautious of who my family and I work with because everyone doesn’t have your best interest. We also have mutual friends, they all spoke very highly of Alisha. So, we decided to work with her. My husband and I are first time homeowners so, naturally we didn’t know what to expect and were extremely nervous. Plus, it is new construction. Alisha has a lot of patience because we asked so many questions about the process, we also called/text her all of the time. I’m addition, Alisha is very knowledgeable. Alisha prepared us very well for the process. When it was time for us to sign paperwork, we were ready because Alisha made sure we had a understanding. Lastly, THE LENDERS… Oh, my goodness!! Alisha was a true blessing to my husband and I. We had no idea where to start when purchasing our home. Alisha walked us through the process step by step. She is very passionate about her craft, and her professionalism and knowledge of real estate is unmatched! The first home we were going to purchase fell through, and we were devastated! Alisha said I’m going to get you in a home, and that she did! On November 24,2021 we purchased our 2021 new build! There were times I was so frustrated with the process and she would talk to us and explain everything, and that ment the world to us. We could always reach her day or night with any questions or concerns. If she missed our call, she always called back within the hour to address any concerns. If any of you are like me, just the thought of buying a home made you cringe. Especially now, with all the craziness going on. The pandemic, the fact that homes are being bought at a pace and at prices never seen before and the process of finding and buying a new home can be that much more painful because of this. For me personally, I am a business owner, a single father, a caregiver and my time is limited but my taste is not. And that makes finding the right realtor that much more crucial.

I met Alisha through a business contact and from the very first meeting, I knew I had the right person on my side. I explained to her my timeline, the fact that my schedule is crazy and that I was looking for something special for my daughter and I to live and grow in. I have to admit that I am not the easiest person to work with because I know what I want and won't settle for less. Alisha committed to finding me a perfect home and that is exactly what she did. Alisha is a BEAST!

I won't bore you with the minute details of my home shopping experience but what I will share is that Alisha found me a good number of homes to look at. When I finally saw THE ONE, and knew we had a small shot at getting it, she was on it! There were some roadblocks and hurdles and Alisha handled each one like the pro she is. From start to finish, I bought and moved into my new home in less than 5 weeks.

Throughout the process, Alisha was attentive, honest, flexible but most of all, she was my partner. I felt like I had a good friend in my corner. She told me, truthfully, what she thought , when I asked and sometimes when I didn't. If she thought it was information I needed to know. It was never about her, it was always about me and what I needed. For all of these reasons, I make the strongest recommendation for you to select Alisha as your realtor. I assure you, she will be mine for any future real estate purchases. It is not possible to be more satisfied than I am no!

i LOVED alisha. she was amazing at helping me with lending, looking and purchasing my first home. originally i was going to finance with my bank. i didnt get the amount i wanted and alishia was able to put me in touch with several other lenders and banks. i ended up with more than i needed. when we finally went for a tour of homes alisha was awesome at keeping me with in my desired budget. if your looking for a realitor she is it!

I’ve purchased multiple homes with Alisha. She is my go to realtor for everything real estate.

The most important transaction was my most recent one in which she secured my now current home. I wanted to use a renovation loan to purchase and her experienced helped with the paper heavy process.
