Her first passion stemmed from architectural coursework, seeing the capacity design holds to enhance our lives. From cool contemporaries to charming historic properties, she has the vision to see the story of the home and bring it to life for the buyer. Many of her clients trust her with their architecturally significant homes because she is experienced in recognizing and sharing their exceptional design. Design was her first love after all!

Her life’s journey brought her to an exciting career in the pharmaceutical industry managing corporate acquisitions, organizational development, and labor negotiations. She mastered the skill of quickly assessing needs and developing strategies for solutions. This fast paced, high-octane world, unlocked her competence and confidence to serve as a master negotiator. It is a huge differentiator for her clients.

You won’t be surprised to hear her tell you the strategy to getting you the highest return may include making some changes to your home before listing. She will guide you through what buyers are looking for and what we need to do create the best listing.

She serves as a GREEN designated REALTOR® and supports the US Green Building Council in its efforts to bring more high-performance home education to the real estate industry and consumers. A sustainable future for ourselves and our industry is very important to her. Believe it or not, she has her own little urban-farm in the desert.
