Alison North was born and raised in York, Nebraska, Alison North is a proud graduate of York High School, Class of 1989. She and her husband, Tony, are the proud parents of six children: Kami (and her husband, Shawn), Kendall, Kaleb, Harrison, Kaden, and Maya. They are also blessed with three grandchildren: Londyn Mae, Sienna Lynn, and Bremen Robert.
Alison is deeply committed to her community and actively serves in a variety of leadership and volunteer roles. She is a current board member of the York Public Schools Board of Education and serves as President of the Blue River Area Board of REALTORS®. In addition, she is a York Chamber Ambassador and a graduate of the 2016 Leadership York class, where she now also serves on the board. Her passion for service extends into mental health and youth advocacy. She is involved with the LOSS Team, serves on the Suicide Prevention Coalition Board, and volunteers for CASA of York County. Alison is also a past member of the Rotary Club of York, the York Chamber Board, and formerly served on the Leadership York Board.
A dedicated member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in York, Alison finds joy in faith, family, and community. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, and cheering on the Nebraska Husker Football, Basketball and Volleyball teams.
