About Alison

Raleigh-born and Cary-raised, Alison Wojnarowski knows every corner of the Research Triangle, and its reputation as one of the fastest-growing regions in the U.S. adds an exciting element to her knowledge. Alison also has lived in most of Raleigh’s suburbs and has raised her family here, heightening her ability to help clients narrow down the best places to call home.

After being a stay-at-home mom with her young children, Alison decided she wanted to embark on a new career that complements her talents. With her harmonizing love of homes and helping people, real estate seemed a perfect career choice to sink her teeth into. Even before she became licensed, Alison was a known resource who helped local moms find the best neighborhoods for them and their loved ones. After diving into the business professionally at the start of 2020, she achieved meteoric success. Generating approximately $15 million in sales in her first year alone, Alison secured another $55 million in her second year while growing a dynamic team of agents around her.

Alison was previously an interior designer for a successful North Hills real estate investor, and now she’s utilizing that experience as the owner of Renovating Raleigh, a business she launched to renovate and flip properties. In response to the rapidly expanding Triangle, Alison also established Relocating to Raleigh, a Facebook community group that provides invaluable resources to thousands of people moving to the area. She understands the constant juggling of any move, especially for out-of-state homebuyers. Alison listens closely to provide a custom-tailored experience — no matter where her clients originate from or are going to — because she wants everyone to plant strong roots here.

Alison lives in Wake Forest with her husband and their three children. Her career’s flexibility is another sweet spot for her, and she loves that her kids can see their working mom in action. Community is important to Alison in all aspects of her life, and she enjoys connecting with others as she supports small local businesses.
