As a first time home buyer, I appreciated how she took the time to answer all my questions. The proof is in the pudding - In a competitive market, I purchased a home within my budget and closed 6 weeks after our initial consultation.

My husband and I started our house search feeling very uninformed and doubtful that our wants and needs could be met in this current market. Aliyah came along and quickly proved her thorough knowledge and her personalized attention to our wants and needs. She answered all questions and shared information that we didn’t realize we needed to know. She responded within 24 hours on all inquiries. If she didn’t know the answer to something, she was quick to do her research and consult her team to find the answer. Although at times I felt like I was all over the place with what I wanted, she was patient and understanding. Aliyah’s personable style along with all of her other great professional qualities made working with her so easy. Ultimately, in a market where it seemed we would have to settle, we found our forever home that checked all our boxes of wants and needs. Aliyah helped make our dream come true!
