As a former Business Development/Strategic Relationship Development Manager for a Fortune 500 IT company, I know what it means to negotiate on merit, execute the transaction, and achieve best results for my Clients. I started my Real Estate career in 2004 focusing on Golf Homes. I’ve consistently been in the top 10% of Residential Sales and have achieved Diamond Status. My wife, Jane, and I are the Founders and Owners of the Golf Realty Network® LLC, (a Golf and Luxury online listing platform to market Golf and Luxury Homes and a Training & Development company). We practice what we preach and support other REALTORS® interested in creating a Golf and Luxury Business niche besides growing our own Real Estate Business. I’m experienced in working with Investors, Commercial Clients, and have closed over 70 Relocation Client transactions. I believe Real Estate is a relationship business based integrity and respect. Understanding and using the latest technology tools to be efficient and effective is important when delivering great service. We use the Best Lifestyle Photography, Videos, and Marketing platforms in the industry for our Sellers, and are always there to help our Buyers find their perfect home and make informed decisions.
