About Allana

As a full-time, full-service Real Estate Broker and Managing Broker of NorthGroup New Bern, I’m proud to serve my community with dedication, professionalism, and a personal touch. I’m committed to delivering the highest level of service to my clients, fellow brokers, and trusted vendor partners.

Originally from Nova Scotia, Canada, I relocated to Havelock, NC, in 2001 and now call New Bern home, where I live with my husband, Marston Crawford, our daughter Audrey, two rescue pets, honey bees, and a small flock of chickens. Outside of real estate, I enjoy tinkering with my 1960s C10 pickup trucks, attending car shows, and finding creative ways to renovate and repurpose—whether it’s furniture or fixer-uppers.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Saint Vincent University, completed postgraduate studies in Human Resources, and earned an NC Teacher's License through East Carolina University. My path to real estate was a natural fit, blending my passion for homes and community with my educational and professional background. I've personally renovated foreclosure properties and managed both long-term and vacation rentals—experiences that fuel my passion for helping others make smart, informed real estate decisions.

I’m also an NC State Certified Beekeeper and a proud member of several local organizations, including the New Bern Shrine Club, Public Radio East (where I serve as a board member and volunteer), and the Antique Automobile Club of America.
