About Allen

Allen B. Jacobs is co-owner of Sunset Creek Realty. He has had a real estate license since 1979. Allen has enjoyed a very successful sales career with 3 different companies during that time, when he generated over 500 sales. In 1987, he was the number one salesperson of a large company with over 125 agents. In 1994, after 15 years in real estate sales, he felt it was time for a slight change in his career. He stopped selling full-time and opened Sunset Creek Development with his business partner Jim Goodridge. Allen and Jim are proud of their construction projects that have featured classic New England architecture as well as those projects that involved rehabbing historic structures. Meanwhile, Allen kept one foot in the real estate business as he maintained his real estate license and utilized it to sell their new homes.
