We cannot believe how fortunate we were to have found Allen. We were selling property in NC, but we do not live there. Allen went Above & Beyond the call to help us get the paperwork needed, prepare the house, get it cleaned out, and so much more. We are forever in his debt for making this difficult situation such a pleasure. He was on top of every situation and always prepared. He is strong, knowledgeable, talented, and incredibly kind. Allen treated us like friends. We grew very fond of Allen, and he will have a special place in our hearts forever. We cannot thank him enough.

Allen is amazing! He not only is very knowledgeable but is so quick with communication. It’s so important when you’re all excited to buy a house and you want answers on specifics of the house and Allen responds so quickly. We saw several houses with him and if he wasn’t sure about the house or area, he would reach out to another realtor for us and find out that information. Allen was awesome to work with! He answered all of my questions and was always available. He really went the extra mile, I hardly had to do anything other than sign documents. Amazingly I was actually PAID at the closing table as a buyer! In the future I’ll definitely be calling Allen for all of my real estate needs!
