It took us 2 months to buy our house. At first, we went to another city 4 times to look at houses, there were 28 of them, until we chose the one that we really liked. Believe me, I am very picky, so in each house I did not like something, so this path was not easy for our realtor. Allen was always in touch and gave the necessary advice, also pointed out all the positive and negative nuances in the location of the house and how it was built, which helped us choose the ideal option. Closing the deal was also very fast, from the moment of our offer to the day of purchase only 23 days passed. I would like to say a huge thank you to Allen for his professionalism and patience, he definitely knows how to do his job right. Now we are the happy owners of our first home.

I've been collaborating with Allen Smith for nearly two years in my quest for a Florida home in the Sarasota area. Having bought and sold several homes in my lifetime, I can confidently say that Allen is the most patient, caring, and professional realtor I've ever worked with. His deep knowledge of the Sarasota real estate market and his willingness to spend countless hours either in person or virtually guiding me through our search have been invaluable.
Allen always made an effort to truly listen to my needs and preferences, offering suggestions and guidance based on the feedback he received. Initially, I was set on living in Sarasota, close to downtown and the beaches, but affordability became an issue after viewing 15-20 homes. At this point, Allen suggested looking in the Venice area, which turned out to be a perfect match for my home search criteria.
One of Allen's greatest strengths is his calm demeanor and patience. He patiently showed me at least 30 homes in person, and when I decided to pause my search, he respected my decision without any pressure. He remained in touch, sending me listings he thought I might be interested in but always maintaining a respectful distance.
Eventually, my husband and I found a condominium in the Venice area, and Allen played a crucial role in helping us close the sale. He guided me through all the necessary steps and stayed involved and in touch every step of the way, from inspection to closing.
I cannot praise Allen enough for the exceptional service he provided me. When I decide to purchase another home, Allen will be the only person I turn to for assistance.

We started our home search about a year ago. We live in New Jersey and it was always our dream to buy in florida. Allen was the listing agent to the first home we inquired about. We were skeptical about how the process would be considering this was the first time we attempted to buy out of state. Well we couldn’t have been luckier to have found allen. He was everything we could have hoped for in an agent. He was not in a rush to sell us a house just for the sake of a sale. He did everything he could to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. Allen is a trustworthy and knowledgeable agent that will bend over backwards to make sure his clients are happy. Plus, his whole team will get the deal closed as quickly and seamless as possible. Overall, we were extremely happy with Allen and are honestly very thankful that we had him during the whole process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent in florida.
