Ally is the best real estate agent you could ask for. She made our home selling and buying process incredibly easy and painless. She was constantly giving us updates and informing us on what the next steps were. She never steered us in the wrong direction whether it was for vendors, inspectors, etc. Thank goodness for Ally being so patient with my husband and I as we apparently can be VERY picky when finding a new home along with working around our hectic schedule with work, kids and our dogs.
She made our Christmas wish come true and we were able to close on our new home 3 days before Christmas! If we ever have to go through this again (which hopefully is MANY years down the road) I will be contacting Ally again. I will always recommend Ally!

Ally was recommended to me by my sister in law. I wanted to list my house for sale and sell it as quickly as possible. I'm glad I called Ally, because I received an offer from a buyer within 24 hours of it being on the market. She did a wonderful job staging the house, she even cleaned and painted a few things. I was very impressed with her initiative. She kept me well informed on everything going on with the sale. I would definitely recommend Ally to anyone looking to buy or sell. Hell of a job!

Fabulous isn't even the word I'm looking for; I wish there was a stronger word I can use to describe how wonderful this mother/daughter pair operates. When I say this is the best realtor in the Hampton Roads area, I mean it. Ally and her mom helped me find the perfect home for my family and I in only a week. She listened to my wants, where I wanted to live and scheduled 7-8 showings everyday for a week. The duo worked so well together and made me feel like I was their only client- which I know I wasn't but you couldn't tell. They responded to my 10pm texts about wanting to see my dream property and set it up the very next day. We were able to purchase that dream house because of their hard work, long hours and their genuine desire to make us happy. If you are looking for a realtor, these are the ones I would always recommend from now on.

Ally was AMAZING! We had a hectic move between work , kids, job transfers, and our closing date falling in the middle of a preplanned family vacation. Short version: Ally is simply amazing!

From the very beginning, she was about us. What do I mean by that? She worked around our schedule to view homes, was available when needed for questions, and if she didn’t know she has such a village of colleagues she can reach out to get an answer quickly! There were a few times i thought to myself “I wonder if this would’ve went as smooth if we didn’t have Ally”. We were first-time homebuyers while interest rates and the price of houses are going through the roof, but not once did we feel stressed. Ally made sure that we were comfortable throughout the entire experience and she made it seamless from start to finish. 10/10 would ALWAYS recommend.
