Allison Clemmons

Allison Clemmons grew up in Knoxville and graduated from Webb School of Knoxville. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management in 2003 from Lipscomb University in Nashville. After graduation she worked for the Knoxville Utilities Board for two years. From there she began practicing both commercial/industrial and residential real estate as an affiliate broker at Baker Realty Company. In 2007, Allison joined Connell Properties, Inc. While at Connell Properties she has continued to grow her business focusing on residential Buyer/Seller representation and property management. Allison uses her extensive knowledge of the Knoxville community and its market trends to provide solutions to residential buyers, sellers, owners and investors.
