I feel very grateful and fortunate to have Allison Click as our realtor. She was so PATIENT, I could not be a realtor because it takes so much patience while people look at house. She was above and beyond accommodating. She took the time to drive ALL over, from house to house, from way up North all the way down to Guntersville. That takes alot of her time, even into the evening and she was always happy to do it and made us smile and laugh during the whole process. She is just a lovely person and not knowing anyone, it was sure nice to have at least one friend here. Buying a home is so stressful and it is such a major lifechange. Thank God for Allison, who was so down to earth, easy to talk to, answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend Allison if you are in the market for a realtor! Yes, she’s all the things you would expect: professional, kind, responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive. But she really goes the extra mile. I was selling my mother’s home. She passed away last year. As you can imagine, it was stressful and emotionally and mentally draining. Allison is a kind human first and Realtor second, in that she acknowledged on many occasions what I was going through. I really appreciated that. She was gentle and kind and never pushy. You know sometimes you need time to digest information and think and she always gave me that time. Allison made excellent, affordable recommendations for staging my mom’s home and even provided a list of service providers who could help me along the way (and I’ll be using these guys/gals in the future). Plus, and this is a HUGE deal, Allison took HOURS out of her busy day to drive to Nashville, TN, to get some paperwork signed by a family member and notarized because I had a scheduling conflict (Yes, you read that correctly). I could go on and on, but I think you get my drift. You are in excellent hands with Allison Click.

One of the greatest. She stuck with us for nearly 3 years and treated us like we were family. I never had a negative interaction with her and never felt pressured to buy a house. Although I don’t think I’ll buy a house again, if I do, I 100% would use Allison over anyone else…I don’t care what their credentials are. Experience speaks for itself.

I would say give her a try. Worst case scenario you can switch to someone else but that won’t happen.

Used Allison 20 years ago when buying our home, and have kept in touch during the years. Recently, she sold my mother's home for us. Knowing the ins and outs, she was able to sell it at top dollar. My niece also used her when moving from AZ to AL. Allison went into a home she was interested in and gave her a guided video tour; even crawling under the house for her to check the structure.
