About Allison

Allison David Poirier joined the real estate industry 15 years ago to work side-by-side with her mother Adele David, a Top Producer for Coldwell Banker. “My mother was one of the most successful Realtors in Massachusetts ever,” she says, adding that by the end of her career, she’d sold over $1 billion in real estate. “Adele David was highly respected and a legend in her field. People know she was one of the best and treat me with that same respect.” When her mother died in 2014, Poirier took over her business and continues to honor her legacy through her unwavering work ethic and value system.

Raising her family in her hometown of Wellesley, Poirier has unparalleled expertise in her primary market and provides her prospective buyers with insights into the school system, community, and town culture. ”Because I have four children who are involved in various sports, I get a lot of my clients through my network of friends and the parents of my children’s teammates,” she says, adding that she also works in Weston, Needham and Natick.
