Allison is the best real estate agent I have ever met. To start, when I first called her my call went to voicemail but a few minutes later she returned my call even though she was traveling back from Chicago. She helped me with a home sell and a buy. She gave me good advice on staging my home for sale, and always kept me informed on each step of the process. On the sale she was able to negotiate a sale price over the original asking price, (not that the original price was too low). On the buy side after doing research of comps she negotiated a lower price that saved me a substantial amount from the asking price. Allison was always available when I had questions and helped me through the numerous forms that are required to sell/buy a home. Allison is backed up by a team of great people she has assembled that have the same work ethic as her. I can't say enough how much I appreciate Allison and her team.

After Allison helped another family member purchase a home to their great satisfaction, I was curious to see how she would do with selling our home. It could not have gone better. We were completely satisfied.
At our initial meeting, Allison had already done the research and had an asking price range in mind to sell the family home as-is. We toured the property, and she made some suggestions that would increase the value of the home. Following her expert advice, I got the work done and she increased the asking price when it went on the market. She priced it right and her massive on-line promotion of the home generated a huge amount of interest. We received a full-price offer on day one. The dollar amounts only went up from there! The open house was a huge success with more than 25 different groups touring the home that day. We received 15 written offers. Alison did the negotiations with all the potential buyers. Her team did their own buyer qualification check which reduced the chance of something falling through and helped me to determine which buyer was best suited to buy our home. In the end, we received far above the asking price and moved through the escrow process easily and quickly.

Back patio & lawn with planter beds bordering the back fence. Dog run beside house. Cement pad w/ room for RV & boat. Well kept, friendly neighborhood. Several churches within walking distance. We met Allison about 8 years ago and have used her on 3 transactions, obviously we like her to use her multiple times. The first 2 transactions went very smoothly, the 3rd one the first buyer cancelled on the last day (No fault of Allison). Allison reacted so quickly getting our property back on the market and within 3 days and about 30 showings we had 4 offers, are now closed and headed to Arizona.
