Allison Hardy

Allison Hardy was born and raised in Southern California. She proudly served in the United States Navy. Working in the intelligence field as a Cryptologist (CTR). This service to her country shaped her values. Honor, courage and commitment are values she believes in and holds true today. She earned an Associates of Science Degree in Business Information Systems from the College of the Albermare in North Carolina.
In 2008, Allison started her career in Real Estate. Despite the market conditions, she closed transactions and successfully trained 180 Real Estate Associates in 6 offices at Podley Properties in the Pasadena, La Canada area.
In 2012, excited about her husbands job transfer, Allison's family relocated to the great state of Utah! She continued working in both residential and commercial real estate.
Today Allison continues to be deeply committed to her clients. She helps her clients every step of the way. Smoothly navigating them though pre-approval, marketing, contracts, offers, negotiations and closings. If it's your first home or your last home her goal is to help you each step of the way.
Allison lives in Sandy with her husband and two teenagers. She has extensive knowledge of Salt Lake County neighborhoods and is a proud member of her community.
