Allison Ratcliffe

With extensive experience in the construction industry, Allison Ratcliffe is the latest addition to the Rocky Mount office of Virginia Building Solutions. As the inside sales and construction manager, Allison works one-on-one with customers, guiding them through the sales process, researching and pricing orders, as well as helping them select home plans, including standard and optional offerings, colors and finishes.

With a family legacy of construction, Ratcliffe comes to her love for building honestly and relishes her role at VBS. She especially takes pleasure in working with individuals and families to help them realize their dreams of home ownership.

Ratcliffe is also a licensed realtor, which is an added asset for customers who might need land before purchasing their home. A native of Franklin County, Ratcliffe lives in Ferrum with her husband and two children. When not working, she enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with her family.
