She was referred by our listing agent to help us relocate downstate to Bloomington/Normal. From the beginning of our home search to the closing, she was professional and extremely responsive helping us find our dream home for retirement. We first met Allison 11 years ago when we moved to the area. She went above and beyond what we had previously experienced with other realtors. When we recently decided to relocate locally, there was no hesitation to contact her first and foremost. Once again, she did not disappoint. When we had questions, she was prompt with her response and always on point. The use of her personally owned "pod" was a lifesaver for us and certainly helped to make our move less stressful. Allison made many useful and sensible suggestions during our home purchasing journey, but was never "pushy". Whenever I hear of an acquaintance considering a move, I never hesitate to refer Allison...she is a wonderful, sincere person and will not disappoint.

Our daughter found Allison for us as we we were out of state and just in the beginning phase of moving to be closer to her. She saw a house she thought we might like and Allison showed it to her. She shared with Allison exactly what we were looking for and the hunt began. My daughter praised Allison and said we would really like her because she wasn’t pushy, she would just text if a house came up. On the other hand there was another realtor calling her every single day trying to get her business, really annoying her. When we were able to come stay for a week we met Allison and she showed us several houses. She was so nice and very patient. If there was a house we wanted to look at she got us in right away and was always available to us, night or day. We are retired and wanted a small, updated, move in ready house close to our daughter. That’s exactly what Allison found for us and we closed yesterday. We highly recommend Allison. She will do a great job for you!

Allison was extremely professional and worked hard to help me find the perfect place. She was always ready to take my calls, even after usual business hours. Additionally, Allison guided me through purchasing a home for the first time with patience and always made sure I understood what I was doing. She really listens; when a sale couldn't go through on the first place she showed me, Allison found an alternative with similar characteristics which turned out to be even better.
