Allyn has been selling real estate in the Chicago and North Shore area for over 25 years.

Her background in advertising and marketing at J. Walter Thompson taught her how to create customized marketing plans for each property she represents. She also prioritizes continuing education, learning from top real estate professionals and staying current with technology.

Over time, Allyn has built a trusted referral network of painters, contractors, inspectors, attorneys, mortgage brokers, stagers, and more—giving her clients access to reliable resources whenever needed.

Her focus areas include Evanston, Wilmette, Rogers Park, West Ridge, Edgewater, Andersonville, Ravenswood, Lincoln Square, Albany Park, Mayfair, Kenilworth, and Winnetka, though she has sold homes as far north as Beach Park and as far south as Bolingbrook.

Community involvement is also central to Allyn. She has served on school boards, run the ETHS Concession Stand for state swim meets, volunteered for 14 years with Meals at Home, and currently serves on the Governmental Affairs Committee for the North Shore Barrington Association of Realtors.

Outside of real estate, she enjoys singing with groups such as the Chicago Master Singers, The Chicago Bar Association Chorus and Orchestra, and her church choir. She’s also part of a long-standing book group started by a client over 15 years ago.
