About Allyson

Real Estate has been a part of Allyson’s life as long as she can remember. Growing up in historic Savannah, GA, her father owned a real estate firm and construction company. He built and sold charming homes that her mom designed in the Savannah area. As a family, they would spend hours exploring neighborhoods and looking at model homes and even today, this is still one of her favorite things to do. She particularly enjoys jogging neighborhoods to study their front door colors, landscaping and porch furniture.

Allyson and her husband moved to the Charlotte area in 2009 and very quickly realized the northern suburbs were where they belonged. They bought and sold several homes in Huntersville and Mooresville before settling for good in Davidson, NC. This inspired her to move forward and follow in her father’s footsteps to start her own career in residential sales where she could combine her real estate background with her enthusiasm for helping people find their dream homes. The feeling of finding the perfect property or investment for her clients is so exciting and rewarding!
