Allyson is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. The sale of our house involved several unusual challenges. We live in California and were selling our home in Georgia. We had renters and the first real estate agent took the opportunity to enrich herself by finding our renters another home to rent before selling our house. That caused us significant financial hardship as we lost our rental income for months. The first agent was a nightmare, constantly arguing with us and complaining about our house. Unfortunately such agents exist. She turned out to be dishonest and underhanded, bad mouthing our home to potential buyers and deeply annoying everyone she dealt with. But that was NOT Allyson. After the first agent, and with an empty house, we switched to another agent who was literally never there and never did anything to try to sell the place. So the second agent was terrible too. Then we were introduced to Allyson. Allyson was recommended to us by a neighbor and she was a dream come true. Her focused effort and attention to every detail ensured the house was extremely well marketed and presented in the best light for every potential buyer. We would unreservedly and very highly recommend Allyson to anyone who needs a real estate agent. Listed and Sold our condo with Allyson. She was always very attentive to my needs during the sale process and was always available when needed. About a week before closing, I wanted to try and back out of the sale because I thought I could sell my unit for more money.
