Alva “Mamabear” Bracey brings some unique skill sets to the Coldwell Banker Coast Real Estate family. The nickname Mamabear was given to her from her 10-year AT&T family as a district manager for Oregon. She lived in the Willamette Valley while traveling over 1000 miles a week from Portland Metro all the way down our beautiful Oregon Coast to Brookings. This nickname stuck as she moved to a Senior Regional Sales Manager at Symantec for 7 years. Winning many VP awards and 115% + club, this secret tech nerd can’t disclose all the things she can do to battle advanced hackers. Let’s just say she has a “very particular set of skills.”

Alva loves to spend her free time with her whole family. She has been married to Kevin for 19 years. Together they love mountain bike riding, river rafting, traveling, hiking with their dogs, skiing, camping, kayaking, kickboxing, and Krav Maga.
