We were introduced to Alvin in the Summer of 2010, and it was one of the best things that happened to us. While very unconventional as far as what has been considered the norm or status quo for the role a realtor plays in the home acquisition process; I truly feel that he is a trail blazer for the new realtor. He doesn't just sit there and wait for all the pieces to fall into place. He gets involved in every aspect of the purchase, knows people in every phase of the process, and is strong down the stretch.

My company has work in the Baton Rouge area and we were told to contact Alvin by co-workers that had met Alvin on their visit. He helped them find a home to lease and we were told he was thorough and thoughtful. That proved to be a correct assessment as Alvin was thorough finding homes in the area within the price range and locations we were interested in moving. Alvin has been very helpful in our relocation process which is always a task, especially when moving to an unfamiliar area.
