Dream team! I had a great experience working with Ally and Cheryl. Everything went smoothly, quickly, and with minimum stress. They gave me good advice about the selling price. The staging of the house made a dramatic effect which was key to a quick sale. My house got offers immediately and we accepted an offer a little above the asking price. They are unflappable and helped me navigate inspections and contingencies. Any surprises were handled quickly. Their network of contacts for work that needed to be done was very helpful. Did I mention Cheryl bakes an incredible pie? I had a fantastic experience working with the Rellstabs, and I give them my highest recommendation.

Professional and genuine . I've gone throug the process of both buying and selling with Allison. shes always been there for every question every concern I've ever voiced. Allison is really genuine and always takes the time to explain everything in detail. Even after the sale is final she stays in contact and returns your calls. I listed my house 6 months ago, with Cheryl and Aly Rellstab. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind realtors. During the selling process, it can be stressful, Aly and Cheryl took care of everything, which made the process, very smooth. Aly gained my trust instantly by talking me out of buying land that she had listed for sale. She knew it wasn't right for us, moreover, she didn't just push us into something else immediately. She recommended we stay in our current low cost rental until someday down the road when the right home came up. Well, several months later, we actively sought her to be our agent.

After viewing a few homes, and the frustration of every home selling so quickly, I said "Aly you're gonna have to find us something that is off the market!" Well, she did exactly that. And now we're in our dream home. It was the smoothest transaction -no hidden surprises whatsoever. Cheryl has been selling homes here for decades, Aly, her daughter, was patient and focused on helping me find just the right home. Cheryl and Ally Rellstab are the most amazing realtor team ever! Not only did they sell my home for over-asking price, any and every hiccup that came up, they were on it and fixed. Even to the point of Cheryl’s amazing husband, Ken Holbrook, an awesome electrician, fixing everything to make our escrow work. They are wonderful. My biggest thank you goes to Ally. Our home closed the day of the last fire in Nevada City. We were evacuated and had to leave. House was a mess, we couldn’t even finish our last load and we were being evacuated. I sat on my steps with Ally and she said, “Don’t worry, I got this” and she did. She finished the job I couldn’t because we had to leave.
