Alyse Carter rates 5 Stars from our company. She took over the listing after we cancelled a previous broker for lack of performance. Within days she was working on it full throttle - professional photos, staging, open house and follow up. Needless to say, she quickly brought an offer that we accepted and closed the sale, without issues and on time. And from listing date to closing she took better care of our property than we did.
