About Alysia

Alysia was born and raised in southern Chesapeake. She is no stranger to coastal Virginia. Married to her best friend, and a mother to three amazing boys…they are truly her WHY and the reasons she strives for greatness.
She worked in the service industry for over 10 years as a bartender, which practically makes her a certified therapist! All jokes aside, working in the service industry gave her the people skills and the assertiveness which makes her such a great negotiator for her clients today.

Real estate is her passion and she goes above and beyond when it comes to her clients. Helping people obtain the goal of homeownership is one of the most rewarding thing she has ever done. She prides herself in her integrity and somewhat of a pitbull attitude to make sure her clients get the best service. She has been told she is a “breathe of fresh air to work with” by agents on the other side of the transaction.

Her job doesn’t stop once the papers are signed. She is very clear to all her clients that her door will remain open. One of the main things her clients brag on her about is that the service does not stop after the sale.

Alysia worked tirelessly to make our home buying experience stress free. She was very patient with us as we were house hunting and had a good feel for what we wanted. Alysia is very knowledgeable of the real estate business, the current market, the neighborhoods, and her clients needs. She expertly guided us through the buying process arranging and coordinating inspections or services in a timely manner and making sure we were up to date on all the paperwork we needed to sign. Once our offer was accepted our march toward closing went quickly and smoothly.
