About Alyssa

Alyssa Davies is a 10th generation San Diego native. Since starting her business in 2014, she has helped over 400 families achieve their home ownership goals. She is passionate about guiding people through the process and truly fighting on their behalf to get them the best investment possible. Alyssa has grown up in the San Diego real estate industry. Her grandmother was a single mom and a schoolteacher, she decided to start buying apartment complexes back in the 1960's and ended up building a portfolio of 14 complexes. If she can remember, she has helped out with the management duties. As she grew older, she began taking over all the online marketing.

Alyssa decided to move to Orange Country for college and graduated in 2011 with a BS in Business Marketing. Shortly after graduating she asked her grandmother's advice as to what career path she should choose. She told her to go into real estate and she listened. She passed away in 2019, to carry on her legacy she has decided to build a business around helping others utilize real estate to achieve long term financial freedom and security through real estate just like her grandmother taught her.
