I’m Alyssa Morillo, a Cary, NC real estate agent and founder of Relocate Cary. I help buyers, sellers, renters, investors, and people relocating to the Triangle make confident, informed real estate decisions.
I was born and raised in Cary and have spent my whole life in the Triangle. I also went to school in Raleigh, so my knowledge of the area comes from more than working in real estate. I grew up here and have seen firsthand how Cary, Raleigh, and the surrounding communities have grown and changed over the years.
I work with first-time homebuyers, sellers, renters, growing families, downsizers, seniors, investors, and people moving to the Triangle from across the country and around the world. I speak English, Spanish, and Mandarin and grew up speaking all three, which allows me to help people from many different backgrounds.
I’m very detail-oriented, and I love the numbers behind real estate. I enjoy breaking down costs, comparing options, looking at market data, and helping my clients understand the financial side of their decisions. Buying or selling a home is a major financial decision, and I want my clients to understand the numbers and how their choices could affect them long-term.
I’m also a natural problem solver. Real estate doesn’t always go exactly as planned, so I work to spot problems early and find solutions quickly. I’m organized, responsive, and straightforward with my clients. I would rather give someone honest advice than push them toward a decision that may not be right for them.
For me, being a real estate agent isn’t about convincing someone to buy or sell a home. It’s about helping them make the decision that makes the most sense for their life, finances, and long-term goals. Sometimes that means buying now, sometimes it means selling, and sometimes the best advice is to wait.
Through Relocate Cary, I especially enjoy helping people relocating to Cary, NC and the Triangle understand the area beyond what they can find in an online search.
