Where do I begin? Amal has got to be one of the most, if not the most amazing realtor in her geographic region! Amal is so very thorough. She is not the realtor that just unlocks the door and has you do your thing. She is with you every single step of the way. She is involved. She cares. She's honest and she is extremely hard working. Outside of looking at homes, she will text periodically and see how you're doing. Constantly updating you on new homes on the market, or to confirm showings. This is my first time buying a house and I don't think I would ever go with anyone else if I happen to buy another home in the future. She looks at windows, at the flooring, the smell of the home, the roof, the basement....you name it....she's already seen it and is telling you about it, before you can. We ended up not moving forward with purchasing the property that we were going to use Amal as representation for but she was incredibly informative about the buying process (residential vs commercial use). She walked me through the process, set me up with the appropriate lender and discussed with me the pros and cons, looked at comparables and suggested what an appropriate purchase price would be based on the information she had from prior sales of that unit and others in the area. You could tell she has a passion for what she does and takes every interaction seriously, without pushing you to purchase something that may not be the best investment for you. Highly recommend her!

Amal is amazing !!!! After working with six different people a course of almost three years . Attempt after attempt to find a home offer after offer we were losing hope . We meet Amal she is so sweet she made we got what we wanted . She paid attention to every detail when looking for a home for our family . She included our children they love her . With in two months or less we were moving into our new home in the exact location that we had asked for . We still keep in touch she is always so helpful and sweet . She has a heart of gold any questions she responds right away. Communication was phenomenal with her . If I could give her 50 starts I would !!! Do not look any further Amal is your girl !!!!!

Amal assisted my family in buying our beautiful new home in Orland, and getting the maximum amount of money for our townhome we sold in Alsip. Amal asked that I write a review, however, I prefer the term testimonial as a tribute to her dedication, honesty, and professionalism.
Amal and I spoke years before I began looking for a new home. I was immediately impressed with her professionalism and knowledge of the market. We met in a social setting, and she kept the conversation light and asked minimal questions while we sipped a cocktail. She gave me her information, and moved on to conversation more befitting of a United Center Bulls Game Box. I called her years later, and nothing had changed. She was still a very approachable, non-aggressive, engaging realtor. These are qualities that are hard to find in realtors who simply don't understand what it takes to sell, not only a real estate, but their services as well.
Amal came to our townhome and loved the overall product. She indicated she could sell for even more money based on suggestions that would include some minor sprucing up. We also spoke of some unfinished areas in the basement that would benefit from construction. Three weeks and two new walls later, she held an open house that saw no less than 30+ serious, potential buyers walk through our property. By the end of the weekend we had about 10 offers, and ultimately settled on one that was over asking by almost $15,000! By simply following all of Amal's advice, we spent about $2700, and invested about 40 hours of work with the help of family and friends, and realized an additional $10K+ thanks to her.
We searched for a new house in Oak Lawn, Palos Park, and Palos Hills. My wife and I never dreamt of looking for a home in Orland Park. We simply thought it would be out of our reach. Amal reached out to us about a house that had just gone on the market that day, and we went to see a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house in the Old Orland Park area. The house needed some updating, but it was perfect! From the hardwood floors, to the large yard, and even the above ground, heated pool! She advised us, having already been pre-qualified, to make an offer over asking, and encouraged us to write a personal letter to the current owners. The end result was our dream home realized less than 24 hours later when our offer was accepted! Our neighborhood is quiet, I am 5 minutes from the Metra, and driving to shopping\dining\all that Orland Park has to offer is 4 minutes away!
My family owes a lot to Amal for her dedication and patience throughout the process of selling and buying a home. That was in May.
My wife and I are taking her and her husband to dinner next week, and she and my wife even became friends! I highly recommend Amal, and I encourage her to use me as a reference. If you are pre-qualified but on the fence about who to use as a realtor, I can provide a personal reference beyond this testimonial. She has my email and mobile number and I encourage her to reach out to me with your contact information if you would like to correspond regarding my experience with her. If other recommended realtors don't have a customer who would do the same, is it even a question as to who you should hire?

I honestly can not speak highly enough of Amal and the experience I had working with her.
