Amalia Nungaray

Amalia Nungaray originates from Romania. She moved to El Paso from Germany in 2009 with her husband, Angelo, and their two children, Santos, and Lisa. After just a few months in El Paso, Amalia decided to start a new career in the real estate business. In January of 2010 she became a licensed realtor in the city of El Paso. She started her real estate career as an agent for Coldwell Banker, ensuring that she would get the best quality training and experience from a well-known realty company. In the following years, Amalia had remarkable success as a realtor and made a name for herself selling large amounts of real estate each consecutive year. Amalia continued to love working in the real estate business, seeing past the money-making aspect of the career, and noting that the highlight of the job is seeing every client as a new adventure that she masters with passion so that her customers are completely satisfied with their choice in a realtor.

Because of Amalia’s husband Angelo’s military background, she specializes in military realty situations. She has a vast amount of knowledge about the military community and their duty assignments, taking them into account when finding military families their new homes, as well as helping them to sell their homes upon military relocation. Working within VA loans is a specialty of Amalia’s, and she works with the best lenders in the El Paso area.

In 2014 Amalia started a new journey working as a listing agent for bank foreclosures. After she and her husband started to invest in El Paso real estate in 2012, she knew that she had the passion to work as a listing agent for foreclosure banks. She is dedicated to remodeling the foreclosure homes and getting them back on the market in great condition and with great prices.
