I absolutely adore Amanda! From her thorough work ethic to her quirky personality, she is a perfect real estate agent for me! She took me and my kids on with eagerness and willingness to find us something quick and effortlessly. She went above and beyond with answering questions and handling tasks that she really didn’t have to do. I would not hesitate to utilize her skills again. She is truly a good person, real estate agent and I believe I’ve found a friend in her! I would recommend her to all my close friends and colleagues!

Amanda is a great agent ! In this extremely competitive market, we had to move fast and Amanda made herself available to show us homes with same day appointments. She acted quickly to get our offers in on time and helped us make our offers competitive. She really did have our best interest in mind and negotiated well on our behalf. She was able to find us a great home in a great neighborhood within 2 weeks. I highly recommend Amanda !

Amanda was amazing! She helped us find a home in a very difficult market, in a very sought after area in a very short time window. She responded fast to every question we had and negotiated expertly. When it came time to move she even found us a excellent contractor when contractors were booked months out. And she is just so enjoyable to work with. She made what could have been a stressful situation, fun and easy.

Amanda is an outgoing, engaging, personable realtor that made me and my wife comfortable from the first meeting. She was on time, prepared and ready to answer the many different questions we had when looking for our new home. Our family schedule didn’t allow for a lot of regular hour showings and meetings. Amanda was very accommodating making our schedule work from answering emails, phone calls, questions on houses and house showings. There were a couple of times we had to make last minute changes that impacted our schedule. She worked with us to get things rescheduled and get us into the houses we wanted to see. The house we purchased had a very challenging seller which required a lot of work from Amanda. She met each challenge with a positive attitude and was always coming to us with solutions to the challenges or obstacles presented. We were able to count on her and trust she was there working for US. She has kept in touch since our purchase making sure we are happy with the house and haven’t run into any issues. She has even helped us find a contractor to get some updates done for my wife.
I am extremely happy with Amanda!! I don’t believe we would be in our current Home if not for her dedication and support of us. I recommended her to a friend that is selling his Townhouse and will refer her to others if the opportunity comes up. If you want someone that is going to work with you and get what you want/need then Amanda is your choice. She sets the bar high and is by far the best realtor I have had the pleasure of working with on a home purchase.
