She's incredibly detailed oriented and made sure I understood and felt comfortable every step of the way. I was so happy I reached out to Mandy regarding my first house search. I have been thinking about buying for years, but was never confident it would work out. When we first met, it felt very professional going over how the whole process will work. That helped settle myself down for what this entire process will look like. From there, we probably saw about 5 houses a week over a 2 month span, which I think was overkill on my end. I am someone who loves everything I see online and need to see it in person to dissuade myself from it. She never tried to talk me out of seeing a house we wanted to, even if she might have known we wouldn't put in an offer after seeing it. We kept feeling like we were dragging her all around the state, but she was so nice and professional about seeing any house we wanted. She would also set up the visits in a schedule, so that we would hit 3-4 houses in a day, one after another, on a smart route, so that time wasn't wasted. Another big thing she helped with on visits was small things people won't know initially. Always checking dates on hot water heaters, furnaces, any major equipment in the house. Inspecting roofs, any cracks in the foundation of basements, seeing any recent signs of water damages, etc. That's when I realized there's really much more to this than seeing pictures online. She'd always give her honest opinion on a house after seeing it, but would never try to push her opinions onto us. Finally, I had some changes at the end of our search with the house I was looking for due to some money restrictions. I remembered a house that I liked, but was initially too small. They already took in offers, but Mandy helped me be competitive enough with my offer that they accepted mine late. Once they did, we had one final chance and she again helped me separate my offer from the others so that they chose me. Mandy always put together a whole Comp Analysis workbook for every offer we put in, so I felt confident and comfortable with every offer we submitted. Had I not gotten that accepted offer, I most likely would have been renting again this year. I owe a lot to her being a home owner, exactly where I wanted to be. Whenever I am looking to upgrade into a bigger house, I will be reaching back out to Mandy.

Mandy was incredible to work with and I couldn’t recommend her more! My husband and I were moving from Washington State to NJ and she went above and beyond to help us find a home while we were still across the country then continued to help us with a multitude of other things after we got here. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, really staying on top of everything to make sure we were able to close as quickly as possible. She also has a wide network full of great recommendations from home inspectors and hardwood floor refinishers to restaurants and animal rescues to adopt from! Mandy always made herself available when we needed her and couldn’t be a kinder person to work with, especially with something as big and life changing as buying a home!

Realistically I cannot put my experience with Amanda in words. It's very hard to express the patience this young lady had throughout this whole process. It took constant in and out of homes, emails, phone calls and text until finally going into contract. I was a first time buyer and was reluctant to start the process of purchasing a home, as it can be such an overwhelming experience with lots of moving parts!

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience with Mandy. She wasn’t pushy, or judgmental with my opinions on property. She cared about what I wanted and what was in my budget. And she made the process as stress free as possible. Not to mention.... any hiccups in the road- she went above and beyond to ensure that things gets done.

We came to know Mandy through a mutual friend, a neighbor actually. After going through a handful of other realtors, the “top dogs” etc. she was a breath of fresh air. Mandy took care of us like we were family. She was very responsive even though we were on a late schedule and had a million questions and concerns everyday. She was ALWAYS patient and genuinely concerned about getting us the answers we needed without making us feel like we were crazy or asking to much of her. She never pressured us to make any decisions we were not comfortable with, she informed us of our options and took the time to get to know us and what we wanted. She pointed out things that she knew we would like and also things she knew we wouldn’t like. After finding our home, we ran into a few issues with the property and Mandy continued to help us throughout that entire process as well. My husband became unwell after the move and she followed up to make sure he was okay. This realtor went so far above and beyond, I will recommend her to anyone and everyone. She’s smart, compassionate, strong and she’s great at her job. She advocated for us the entire way. DO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE MANDY!

She calls with updates immediately and she is always prepared with the next strategic step in such a competitive market.
