About Amanda

Amanda Dunton joined Richardson Properties in 2008 after getting her start working at First American Title and a small property management company. Since joining the firm, she has worked on several new and custom home communities in San Luis Obispo County including Grace Lane, Marsh Street Commons, Bowden Ranch and Serra Meadows. Amanda has closed escrow on over 215 homes since starting her real estate career. Most recently she listed the Marsh Street Brownstones, a collection of seven custom homes built by Andy Mangano in downtown San Luis Obispo.

Profoundly driven and a perfectionist by nature, Amanda has built a reputation with her clients for developing solutions, introducing new marketing methods and recognizing that the smallest details may sometimes be the most important. She has a passion for helping people get into the right home for them and shares the belief of Mandana Dayani, VP of Rachel Zoe Inc., “People are judged by how they do the little things. How quickly you offer to help others, the way you shake hands, initiative, how early you come in and how late you stay.”

And do not let the hair and heels fool you, Amanda was raised on a cattle ranch in Cayucos and knows the value of hard work. She is forever enamored with the Central Coast landscape and lifestyle. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys being a new mom, spending time with friends and family, travel and supporting local agricultural education programs.
