I feel like the luckiest person on earth that I got to work with Amanda on selling our house. I was so nervous about the selling process, but Amanda was there every step of the way AND every hour of the day. We had a million questions that she was always able to address thoughtfully, honestly, and quickly!

Amanda does not skimp on the details. She helped us stage our home, recommended changes, and got an amazing photographer to make our home listing SHINE. She truly has an eye for what appeals to buyers and sells.

Amanda is a very kind human, but she will fight hard for you! She scheduled a ton of viewings even before we had the open house. She was able to get us an offer above asking price within a week of our listing going live. I wish I had just the perfect words to express my gratitude, but all I can do is say that Amanda is the best there is. I cannot recommend her enough.

8/22/25 update: Since originally writing this review, Amanda has helped us sell another house and buy a new one! She’s a fierce advocate for her clients and we always felt safe with her guidance and recommendations. We will always work with Amanda, it’s actually unbelievable how good she is at her job!

I’ve worked with three different realtors in three different states and Amanda is the best!! She was helpful from day one! She went above and beyond with helping and accommodating for my husband and I! She was helpful with the house but also even helped more than that with paint colors and decorations 👏💕👩‍🎨 I appreciate her so much! You’re making a mistake if you don’t use Amanda!

Amanda and team were top-notch, experienced professionals. They recently helped us with the sale of our home, which we had lived in for 15 years. She gave advice that saved us thousands of dollars in understanding which repairs and improvements were necessary and which weren't. Her listing price was spot-on and was $30,000 over what we originally anticipated. The photos and marketing were excellent and we received an offer $20,000 over asking within a week.
