Amanda Heese

Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, Amanda attended Northern Sydney Institute to receive a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. In the 90’s, Amanda worked in event planning in the hotel and hospitality industry for approximately ten years. This career was extremely focused on customer service, sales, and detailed planning.

In 1995, Amanda married her husband, Steve, and they bought their first property together on one of Sydney’s beautiful beaches. Over the next 12 years, while raising their three children, Amanda relocated the family, purchased, renovated, and sold more than a dozen properties in a variety of locations from Sydney, Australia, to Tampa Bay, Florida and Charlotte, North Carolina, attaining personal insight into the world of real estate and relocation.

In 2006, Amanda received her Florida Real Estate license, transitioning easily to real estate from management in the home building and remodeling industry. Combining her customer service and organizational skills, with her real estate development experience, helped Amanda become the perfect candidate for realty.

Amanda and her family are actively supportive of a Renew Haiti - Help brings Hope, a not for profit 501 (c) (3) organization in Tampa Florida. In addition, Amanda is a member of the Philanthropic Women’s of St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa and is a member of the Plant High School Academic Foundation.

Amanda specializes in waterfront properties and relocation but is not limited to those areas of work. With personal experience in buying, selling, and relocating her own family as well as employees from her family business, she has quite the span of knowledge to help all different types of clients. Amanda lives in the Tampa Bay area, and loves the vibrancy, the beautiful weather and community feel of the town.
