They both made themselves available whenever we needed them. The same day we met Amanda she showed us 18 houses, and she did a fantastic job at helping us keep track of them. She also gave us details on the areas we were in, restaurant recommendations, coffee shops to visit while we discussed what we saw. They were both so friendly and worked very swiftly. When the contract came on the condo we had a few repairs that needed to be done. Amanda has a list of great contractors who are reasonably priced. We bought during a wild seller’s market pre-pandemic and sold recently with a multiple offer situation. When we bought we looked at at least a dozen houses and never once got the feeling from them that we were being too picky. The house we ended up buying was listed in the morning, my wife and I noticed the new listing, and we were in the house with Amanda in about an hour or two, with an offer in that night. I’ve never waited more than a couple minutes for a response from either of them without exception and always felt informed about every step of the process. No questions I asked were too small or insignificant. They also know local businesses to contact for work your house needs during the selling process. The cost of replacing our carpet through the business they recommended was about $1000 less than we expected, and the carpet was finished the day after I initially called. Long story short, they’re both sharks.

This is my second time working with Carol and Amanda. I met them 6 years ago when a professional opportunity brought me to Memphis. I appreciated their insight into the city and I reached out to them afterwards for their help in finding the perfect house. I flew to Memphis from DC for a marathon of looking at houses and found the perfect one for me. They shepherded me through the entire process start to finish—including a four month hold up from my lender—and even after I closed helped me identify a handyman to help with some small projects. I always looked forward to Thanksgiving when they invite past clients to the office to pick up a pie. How thoughtful! Fast forward six years later when I needed to sell my perfect home, and they were the ones I immediately called. They both came to the house and provided me with all the information to settle on a asking price. The house was put on the market on a Thursday, had a flurry of walkthroughs, and wouldn’t you know it sold in 9 hours significantly over asking price! I couldn’t have asked for a better team of realtors to welcome me into the city and make sure my exit was just as smooth. If you’re considering them, just go ahead and reach out. They’re great!

Today is my closing day for a house located by Carol Lott and Amanda Lott, realtors extraordinaire! In the beginning of my house search, I called the Crye-Leike Realty office looking for a realtor from years ago. The person at the phone looked for my realtor, told me she couldn't find her anywhere, and offered to help. In a few minutes, Carol Lott called. She immediately focused on what I needed and connected me to their collaborative web site, where I could review all houses that met my criteria. Amanda and Carol have been great to work with, thorough, very knowledgeable and capable, and professional. They assisted with every need, offering guidance throughout the process. They are connected to vast resources for every aspect of house-hunting and moving and they instantly made those resources available to me. I couldn't have asked for a better realty team! Kudos to Carol and Amanda Lott!

I can't put into words the incredible experience we had buying and selling with Carol & Amanda Lott... They go above and beyond in every way. From taking beautiful photos of the condo we were selling, to listing it quickly and selling it FAST! Our experience buying our new condo was no different. Amanda was our support system, had our backs and advocated for us through the entire process. Carol and Amanda are both very responsive to texts and they always answer their phones. Amanda even helped us mount our TV. No lie. =) These women have a vast network and can recommend a professional to help with anything you may need whether it be movers, painting, flooring, a handyman... you name it. They go way above and beyond their role as realtors. We will trust them with every buy, sell and move we make in the Memphis area.

This was our first time working with Amanda. I picked her team after watching homes the Lott team sold in the area where we wanted to buy a home. She is amazing, every question, every issue, anything that came up she was on it immediately. In a market where homes have 4 or 5 contracts day one I credit her expertise in helping us get the contract on an amazing home, that works well for our family. Amanda & Carole have a lot of experience, smart and personable and their extended team, inspectors, painters, etc. are all very high quality trustworthy folks.
