I am a fierce advocate for my clients. Your priorities are mine. I grew up in Colorado Springs, moved away and worked as a journalist all over the country. My last journalism job was covering residential and commercial real estate for the Colorado Springs Business Journal. That was more than a decade ago. I have been a prolific residential and commercial broker for 10 years now. I know the community well and love helping clients find their place here.

I am a clear communicator who works successfully to find the best solutions for my clients in sometimes complicated negotiations. I haven't seen it all, but I have seen enough to be able to warn clients of potential pitfalls and concerns. As a commercial broker, I also tend to look at the economics a little more analytically than many of my peers. But, I also understand that home isn't just economics. It's life. It's where you live. And you need it to feel like HOME.

I work all over the Pikes Peak Region and know the communities between Monument and Fountain, Peyton and Florissant well. But I especially do a lot of work on the Westside and Downtown, where you'll find the most walkable neighborhoods in Colorado Springs and the greatest access to the outdoors. This is also where you tend to find more historic and mid-century homes.
